Hand washable with a sponge and neutral detergent. Dishwasher safe on a normal cycle. Do not use abrasive sponges that could scratch the glaze. Dry thoroughly before storing to avoid moisture build-up.

Is the ceramic safe for food contact?
Yes. The glaze used is food-grade — no lead, no cadmium and no toxic substances.
Can I wash it in the dishwasher?
Yes. The bowl is dishwasher safe on a normal cycle. We recommend avoiding very aggressive cycles to preserve the glaze.
Does the non-slip base work on smooth floors?
Yes. The rubberised base material works well on smooth floors such as porcelain tile, ceramic and wood.
What's the difference between the double and triple set?
The double set has 2 bowls — ideal for food and water. The triple has 3 bowls — suited to pets that drink a lot of water, for keeping wet and dry food separate,
