Continuous mode only works with the cable plugged in — it doesn't run on battery in this mode. Clean the pump and impeller weekly to keep the flow steady and clog-free. The water level indicator is on the front — check it regularly so your pet doesn't run out of water.
When the battery is low, the battery symbol on the panel turns red. When the filter needs replacing, the filter indicator lights up automatically.

Does it need to stay plugged in all the time?
No. The Sensor and Timed modes run entirely on battery. Continuous mode requires a mains connection.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the mode and frequency of use. In Sensor mode with normal use for 1 to 2 pets, the battery lasts several days. Recharge via USB-C when the indicator turns red.
Does it really work in the dishwasher?
Yes. The stainless steel body and tray are dishwasher safe. Only the control module and pump should be hand-washed using the included cleaning kit.
Is it suitable for large dogs?
Yes. The 4L capacity can supply large dogs like Labradors and German Shepherds for 10 to 15 days without refilling.
What's the delivery time?
